Storm Siyan is back on track with Darren Mac doing a great job bringing him back after having his tonsils(the dog, not Darren!) out. Spike won a strong heat of a Memorial heat at Horsham and backed up the following week to win a very good final over some rising stars the calibre of Black Hyde and Danny Phantom. Thankyou Darren for doing such a good job
Grande Siyan and Premier Style are both nearly back on track after copping some injuries. The faster they are, the more they hurt themsleves - or so they say!! Both dogs are in excellent hands with Kel and Jackie Greenough doing their usual brillaint work
Mark Scholes is having continuing consistent success with his two chasers Suffocate and Facial, with both dogs always in the money. Keep up the good work Mark!
Congratulations to the connections of the very promising Royal Sal daughter Xpress Par Sal (by Whisky Assassin) on her impressive win at her first start - a Maiden heat at Sandown in 30.24. Best of luck in the final!
Jeff Miles has good reports on his Premier Fantasty/Black Fantasy girl Elusive Fantasy and I hear she is due for her debut very soon.
I see the impressive pup Cool Draught (BDC x Miss Forrester) will be back racing after a bit of a spell.
Some other Siyan pups that are out there giving their owners plenty of fun (or will be soon) include Speed Sensation and Thunder Siyan.
Hoover has had his share of winners with his latest including Single Spinner, Hoover It, Veuve Cliquot, Ali Mar, Lynview, Like I Care,Tequila lass, Where's Ernie and Pure Taste.
Well done to all connections of these Hoover kids.
Please keep in touch if you have a Hoover kid or a Siyan pup as we love to hear how they are going.
NEWS FLASH!
Fantastic run by Facial in his very first 700 at Richmond tonight (Friday). The boy crossed early and easily from the eight and then simply.........took off! The winning margin was over ten lengths and he did it easily, not a long way of the record.
CONGRATULATIONS to Mark and Facial's trainer Fred Malone.
Great work boys!!
(Facial is from the very first Siyan bred litter - he is by Big Daddy Cool and he is out of Miss Forrester.)
YOUNGSTERS COMING THROUGH
The first group of this year's breakers (mentioned last news) have all gone extremely well, with all breaking in city class or very close to it. That is apart from a few stragglers that haven't finished their last couple of runs as they are a bit behind due to some injuries etc.
Some reports from other Siyan pup owners -
Mark Scholes, Richard Piel and some of their partners have quite a large group (as mentioned ) that are going well. Some are going extra well apparently!
Nick Arena's BDC/Fiesta Flex dog has broken in well too .
So there are a few exciting prosepcts that we will look forward to seeing out on the tracks over the next few months.
Watch this space as we will let you know when they are named and ready to go!!
Our second lot have just come in from their paddocks, to learn how to become civilised, well mannered baby race dogs (well, that's the plan but some of them are a bit full on and don't really seem to see any point in becoming well behaved little citizens - YET!! This group include the four Token Prince/ Steffi Grace kids and two Elite State/ Show Stopper (Black Shiraz x Top Show Belle) pups.
Hopefully it won't be long before we get a few of our bubs up and racing -
How Bazar (Larkhill Jo x Stunning Style)
Fantasia Siyan and Fantasm Siyan (Premier Fantasy x Black Fantasy) Thunderball Siyan (Bond x Miss Forrester),
Siyan On Fire, (Spiral Nikita x Paua To Burn),
Rebel Siyan (Spiral Nikita x Elusive Rebel ) and
Marlee Valley (Collision x Rumble Ciarrai (Ire))
Our lovely Lucy (Petite Siyan - BDC x Miss Forrester) has a had a nice big litter of superb Path To Power pups. Lucy was every bit as tough as her brothers Grande Siyan, Suffocate, Facial, Cool Drauight, etc. and just as quick as Grande but cracking her shoulder as she determinedly tried to rip the arm to bits in a trial at Warragul saw an end to her racing career.
I saw a litter of Path To Power pups at Paul Westefeldes, that where out of a Hunter Tylo daughter. I was very impressed with their type and temperaments. As Lucy is a HT grand daughter, we thought it might be an interesting way to go. Lucy was from the very first litter we bred, so these pups are the first second generation Siyan bred pups! Thankyou to Peter Simone who is doing a great job with Lucy and her kids
Our Larkhill Jo daughter Siyan Doll (out of Delrae Doll who is by Just The Best x Brooklyn Doll) has had a litter of nine beautiful black Headbound (Head Honcho x Sobbing Sal) pups. The Headbound/Larkhill Jo cross has already proven very successful in Ireland with dogs the calibre of Bar The Devil and Holyromanemperor winning major group races throughout the country. Just The Best has also proven to be crossing well with the Irish lines with dogs like Shelbourne Ashton - Derby winner and Irish Greyhound Of The Year.
Thankyou to Shandelle Clark for looking after Penny and her kids so well.
Thankyou to the following people who have taken home some of our beautiful babies. Best of luck with them and please remember to keep in touch! Hopefully we'll see you in the winners' circle in the next year or so!
Greg Agius with the very talented Storm Siyan.
Darren MacDonald and connections with two of High Tide Honey's Brett Lee boys.
Paul Cotterill with a Bombastic Shiraz/Crafty Witch boy, who joins Paul's Kewell/Black Fantasy pup and his Hoover/Royal Sal boy
Stephen Chiu with a Just The Best/Elusive Elle girl.
Patrick Brennan with a Hallucinate/Integrity Lass girl,
Eric Frazier and friends with another big girl from the Integrity Lass litter,
Andrew Hipwell with a Hoover/Right Way Gloria boy,
Mark Scholes with two Hoover/Stunning Style kids AND two Bombastic/Crafty Witch kids. (A boy and a girl of each)
Paul Santoro with a Hoover/Royal Sal boy, and
Grant Daubeny with a brother and sister from the Bombastic/ Crafty Witch litter
We have met so many wonderful people through our pups and we have a great bunch of people, from all walks of life, who are now valued members of the Siyan team!!
If ever here is anything we can do to help you out, whether it be something little like giving you a hand with paperwork, or more important stuff like finding a breaker or a trainer - you all know that we are here to help and support you in any way we can.
Remember - we want your pups to do well just as much as you do!!
9 April 2009
Well done and many thanks to Kel and Jackie Greenough with their first up wins for us with GRANDE SIYAN at Cranbourne in BON (by 41/2 lengths) in 30.14 and with PREMEIR STYLE (Premier Fantasy x Stunning Style) at Sandown (his first 500).
Congrats also to Mark Scholes with FACIAL and SUFFOCATE (BDC x Miss Forrester) who are continuing on their winning ways with wins at Dapto and Canberra and Richmond.
The two Premier Fantasy pups out of Black Fantasy and the big Bond boy, out of Miss Forrester all broke in very, very well and were spelled fro a while. They are now just coming in to start their serious race prep.
In the breaking kennels at the moment, we have a boy and a girl from each of these crosses - Bombastic Shiraz x Lemon Cruiser (Awesome Assassin x Empty Schooner), Surf Lorian x Elle Siyan (El Grando x Floodfawn) and Hallucinate x Siyan Doll (Larkhill Jo x Delrae Doll) plus a Yeah Man girl out of Right Way Gloria (Brett lee x No Way Gloria) and a Premier Fantasy girl out of Ravada Reason (Solve The Puzzle x Bay Wave).
So far, they are all mad MAD keen and seem to have the right stuff to make it BUT....................time will tell!!
Thankyou and best wishes to these enthusiastic people who have recently bought some promising youngsters from us -
Mark Scholes with FIVE babies - two by Bombastic and out of Forrester Inc, two by BDC and out of Fiesta Flex and the BDC/Integrity Lass girl.
John Higgins with Domino Siyan (Bond x Miss Forrester)
Christian Ceveni, Stephen Chiu and Jo Ferraro with Just The Best/ Elusive Elle girls.
Vince Murray with a Where's Hoover/Royal Sal girl.
George Wapshott with two Hoover kids - boys out of Royal Sal and Right Way Gloria.
Trevor Rhodes with a Where's Pedro/Spanish Spiral boy
Paul Cotterill with a Hoover/Royal Sal boy.
And Dean Johnson, Kirsty King and Allan Lie with Brett Lee/ High Tide Honey girls.
Thankyou to all of you for having such faith in our breeding program and our pups!
Thankyou also to these people who have sent their beautiful girls to Hoover recently -
Phillip Sant, Tracie Deglaitus, Muriel and David Livingstone, John Donelly, Darris Fahey, Peter Turner and Andrew Nguyen. Hope you all get some absolute little champions!
Thankyou and well done to Shandelle Clark and family for safely delivering nine babies by Premier Fantasy and out of our special girl DOLL'S SCHOONER who is a litter sister to GIVE ME FIVE (Brett Lee x Doll's My Mum)
Same also to Richard Peil and family on the safe arrival of nine bouncing babies by Where's Pedro and out of our very beautiful FIESTA FLEX (Galilee x Natasha Bale.)
Thankyou for doing such a great job with our girls, guys!
9 March 2009
We have sent most of the racedogs out as things are getting way too busy here at the moment with pups, whelpings, Hoover keeping busy with his girls, breaking in our pups myself and bringing our pre trainers in to start their race careers so the decision was made to send the up and going race dogs out to alleviate the pressure here for awhile!!!
Well done and thankyou to Darren MacDonalad for training Storm Siyan for us and having a great win at Ballarat with him in 25.11, which is a fantastic time! Bounding Billy won the FFA on the same night in 25.16 so Spike's time was excellent.
WHELPING NEWS
Our gutsy little race bitch High Tide Honey (Surf Lorian x Floodfawn) has given us a very exciting litter of nine beautiful Brett Lee babies! We are very pleased with such a good sized litter and have high hopes for these kids!
Sunny did very well on the track for us, despite battling with an ongoing injury. In her short career with us she had two wins at the Meadows (one BOD), two wins at Sandown, two at Geelong (one in 25.70 BON) and Sale (29.76 BON). (7 wins and 4 placings from fourteen starts while with us at Siyan.) She is a litter sister to the Shepparton Cup winner Overflow breaker and the Warragul Cup winner North Sea.
Her dam Floodfawn is renowned at a top, top brood bitch in Australia and has already crossed well with Brett Lee producing Regal Brett and Black Chantilly.
We are very lucky here to have two Floodfawn daughters Sunny and also Elle Siyan who is by Elgrando. She has a very interesting and strong pedigree having a double up of the influential Floodgate thru Floodfawn and Elgrando's dam My Madigan.
Elle has had a litter by Surf Lorian (now just over twelve months old) and they are shaping up very well and are very closley related to Sunny.
We have had the good fortune to be able to add another line to Floodgate thru the renowned Ashley Jeanine - her daughter Silent Flower, by Go Wild Teddy has joined the gang here at Siyan.
22 February 2009
Congratulation, thankyou and best of luck to the following people who have recently obtained pups from Siyan -
Angela Langton and mum Sue Smith with two of the Premier Fantasy/Chloe Siyan litter.
Nick Delaroche, John Higgins and Des McPhie with pups from that same litter of beautiful pups.
Daryl Gaspari with his blue Hoover/Right Way Gloria girl.
Des McPhie with his Hoover/Stunning Style boy.
Michael Davison and Kirsty King with their Hallucinate/Integrity Lass girls.
Richard Adderly with his Bombastic Shiraz/Forrester Inc girl.
Nearly fifty degrees and dear little Right Way Gloria decided to have her pups in the middle of the afternoon! Because of the power going out all the time we ended up actually buying a generator so we could ensure that the air conditioner kept running!!
So, after a bit of a stressful afternoon, Gloria presented us with a litter of big fat Hoover kids - four boys and three girls.
We specifically purchased Gloria (thanks Rob Tyler from Reason kennels) for Hoover as the Brett Lee/National Lass cross is proving to be a successful nick with Token Prince and Elusive Rebel. Gloria was a well performed and very fast bitch herself, until an injury ended a brief but successful career. Her dam, No Way Gloria, was a very successful stayer (Wenty track record holder) and is by the Irish import Moral Standards, so these pups have a couple of fairly close Irish outcrosses.

RACING NEWS
Congratulations and well done to the Robinson family and trainer Reg Boyce on the great run they are having with COOL DRAUGHT - the Big Daddy Cool/Miss Forrester pup was purchased by the Robinsons as a pup along with a sister. CD has won his last three starts in a row at Warragul and won them in fine style! Keep up the good work, guys!!
SUFFOCATE and FACIAL continue on their winning ways for owner Mark Scholes with Suffocate winning 5 in a row. Had a couple of unlucky runs and is now back to his best, winning his last two races at Dapto and Richmond. A very strong dog, Mark is hoping Suffocate will step up to the 700 soon. Brother Facial won a good heat at Dapto recently and is showing he is ready to step up in distance as well with an amazing run from just about last to just missing out on the win in the final! Both pups are by Big Daddy Cool and out of Miss Forrester and Mark purchased them both from us as pups. Best of luck with the boys, Mark!
.
Congratulations and thankyou to -
John Downer and Des Mc Phie on their purchase of the beautiful Spiral daughter LITTLE SPIRAL.
Greg Agius on his purchase of the magnificent youngster THUNDER SIYAN.
Joe Spiteri on his purchase of the beautiful fawn dog from the Just The Best/Elusive Elle litter.
John Higgins on his purchase of the last available boy from the Premier Fantasy/Chloe Siyan litter.
Michael Davison on his purchase of one of Integrity Lass's big bouncing Hallucinate girls.

Losing two of our beautiful kids this month has been hard and has made it difficult to get really enthusiastic about anything but the show must go on, as they say........
.
SALES
Congratulations and thankyou to Jo Pringle of Zeehan in Tassie on the purchase of the good little bitch Cool Breeze. We wish Jo the best of luck with her. He has chosen Bombastic as her first "hubby" and we think that is an excellent choice.
Best of luck to Steve Smythe with his purchase of a beautiful black Sept 08 bitch by Bombastic Shiraz and out of Forrester inc.
And the same to Harry Tsagazones and his friends Andrew and Frank, on the purchase of their second pup from us, a girl by Just The Best and out of Elusive Elle.
There are a few other sales in the pipelines as we speak so we will cover those in our next update.
Still producing winners with the latest being Trew Wolf, owned and trained by Robert Conway.
Congratulations to happy breeders of recent Hoover litters -
Belinda and Mick King with a litter of ten from Prize Pac.
Adrian and Andrew Simons with a litter of ten with Kara Sunrise.
This month has been very hectic here with the arrival of three litters this month and two litters in November.
Chloe Siyan (litter sister to Trew Millions, Borat ect - Brett Lee x Chloe Jones) has had a gorgeous litter of seven white and black pups by one of my favourite sires - Premier Fantasy. We are very pleased with the cross and very impressed with these fiesty little kids.
Our first ever greyhound, Integrity Lass, has given us six big bouncing black girls by Hallucinate. These girls are very closely related to the very handy race dogs Thai Alert, Radio Star, Hendrix etc. They are by Hallucinate and out of a Token Prince /Thai Magic bitch. Integritiy Lass is by Token Prince and out of a Thai Magic daughter! Brett Leee also produced the speed freak Bond when crossed over Thai Magic, so this cross is similar to what we get with these pups.
Stunning Style (Awesome Assassin x Creative), dam of the very quick Premier Style, has given us a litter of six by our own boy Where's Hoover. SS has had litters by Premier Fantasy, Larkhill Jo and Westmead Hawk - all Irish dogs - so it will be interesting to see how well she can produce to an Aussie!!
Crafty Witch (Awesome Assassin x Star Witch), a litter sister to the magnificent Path To Power, has given us a lovley litter of eight to Bombastic Shiraz. BS is crossing brilliantly to Awesome Assassin bitches so it will be interesting to see how these kids go! . We have actually bred four litters by him out of AA daughters with the oldest being ready for the breakers in March, and we are VERY pleased with all of them.
Royal Sal, our city winning maternal sister to Brett Lee (Lansley Bale x Sobbing Sal) has given us a beautiful litter of six to Hoover. Very excited about this litter, with the double Farloe Melody and the proven cross of Elusive Rebel, Sobbing Sal and Token Prince we are hoping for something a bit special amongst them.
(But then that's what we all hope for with every litter, eh!)
Most of the pups from the Premier Fantasy/Black Fantasy and Bond/Miss Forrester litters are back from the breakers. We have some fantastic reports on ALL of the Premiers, including our own who have proven to be very hard chasers with plenty of pace.
We have two Bonds here and both have broken in well, the dog in particular is VERY quick and crazy keen! There were only three in that litter, haven't heard how the third one is going, at this stage.
If you do have one of our pups, we would love to hear from you to see how they are going and we really appreciate the people who are keeping in touch with us on their pup's progress.
Our next lot of breakers will be the Bombastic Shiraz/Forrester Incs, the Big Daddy Cool/Fiesta Flexes and the Big Daddy Cool/Integrity lass pups but they are not due to go until around March..

SALES
Thankyou and congratulations to Mark Scholes on the purchase of the lovely Kiowa Sweet Trey bitch Sweet Siyan. Best of luck with her for the future.
And thankyou and best of luck with the new owners of some of the Droopy Kewell/Black Fantasy babies - Daniel Nugent and Simon Ainsworth, Harry Tsagazones and friends Andrew and Frank, Michael Riley, Paul Cotterill, Peter Johnston and Kirsty King.
Forrester Inc (Awesome Assassin x Miss Forrester) has had a litter of six by Bombastic Shiraz. We were so impressed with the first litter from this cross that we did it again. The cross of the two litter brothers Black Shiraz and big Ginger Boy is of particular interest to us. The first litter are eleven months old and the two we have at home are outstanding big pups. Thankyou to Ron and Kim Gilliland for their care and dedication with this litter and Ella.
One Tree Hill's little half sister Spanish Spiral (Spiral Nikita x Mocking Bird Hill) has a had a gorgeous litter of Where's Pedro babies that we are pretty excited about. Thankyou to Des and June for doing such a great job with the girl and the pups.
Chloe Siyan (litter sister to Trew Millions, Borat, Fergalicious, etc) has had a stunning litter of seven white and black puppies by the brilliant Irish race dog (and now making a big name for himslef as a sire) Premier Fantasy. Chloe is by Brett Lee and out of Chloe Jones - a fantastic cross that has proven again and again to produce top race and breeding dogs.
Integrity Lass, one of our treasured Token Prince girls ( x Thai Charm) has just had a litter of six to premier sire Hallucinate. IL was a city winner herself and is a grand daughter of the successful Thai Magic - dam of Bond. These pups are closley related to the new rising stars Thai Alert, Radio Star etc and are of the same cross - Brett Lee with Thai Magic - as Bond - a brilliant race dog, Sandown track record holder and now proving himself to be a very successful sire.

RACING NEWS!
STORM SIYAN made it four wins (and a third) from six starts with a win at Geelong (led all the way) and a win at Sale (hurt himself coming out of the boxes giving the field three lengths, he still managed to weave his way thru a tight field to storm home and win by two lengths!).
GRANDE SIYAN has now has two wins and a third from four starts - all at Sandown. Last win at Sandown he came thru from sixth to win by four lengths. (Sadly he has been side lined with a very nasty groin and hip injury.)
The Mark Scholes owned two brothers FACIAL and SUFFOCATE (don't you love the names!!) - litter brothers to Grande Siyan (being by Big Daddy Cool and out of Miss Forrester) - both made it to the semis for the Group 1 Vince Curry Memorial at Wenty! Well done to Mark and their trainers as it was a great effort getting past some very good dogs to get there!
Congratulations to Greg Agius on the arrival of eight beautiful Hoover babies out of his outstanding race bitch HADES COMET (Pet'e Boss x Sound The Alarm). Comet held the track record over the 525 at the Meadows for quite some time and was a phenomenal bitch on the track.
Even more exciting about this litter is that Comet's last two litters have only had one pup in each. Both were frozen semen implants by Whisky Assassin and Cromlah Bale, so for her to have eight to Hoover now, at nine years of age, is a great achievement!
Congratulations to Gary Eggleton and Belinda King on their litters to Hoover, out of Suretrak and Bitter Pill, respectively.
Best of luck to everyone with their beautiful Hoover kids!

WHELPING NEWS!
Elusive Elle (Token Prince x Elusive Rebel), our litter sister to Pure Octane and Where's Hoover has presented us with seven beautiful babies, born 25th September, by the super sire Just The Best. Four girls and three boys, we have one blue, two blacks and four dark fawns!
Very excited about these kids as the JTB/TP cross is proven over and over and with JTB retired now, his pups will become quite hard to get.
Storm Siyan has notched up another win to bring him up to 3-2-0-1, which we are very pleased with for such a youngster.
We had another winner at Sandown last week with another home bred pup, Grande Siyan, winning his maiden heat by an impressive seven and a half lengths! As with all of our dogs and pups, he is trained by Donna.
Spellbound Siyan has been awared first place in that race at Warragul as the first placegetter has been officially disqualified so she has now had four starts for four wins!

MORE WHELPING NEWS!
Black Fantasy (Elite State x Elusive Rebel) has presented us with ten beautiful Droopy’s Kewell pups. More info on the litter in the puppies and for sale sections.
Elusive Elle (Token Prince x Elusive Rebel) is due to whelp in October to Just The Best.
Chloe Siyan (Brett Lee x Chloe Siyan) hes just been bred to Premier Fantasy (IRE).
SIYAN BRED BABIES ON THE TRACK
The first two litters bred by Siyan are about twenty one months old. Four of them have now made their debuts!
FACIAL (Big Daddy Cool x Miss Forrester), owned by Mark Scholes in NSW, won easily in a Maiden at Dapto in excellent time, first up.
SUFFOCATE (BDC x Miss Forrester), also owned by Mark, ran a very strong second in the heats for the big Dapto maiden series. He is in the semis on Thursday 11 Sept.
MISS ICY COOL (BDC x Miss Forrester) owned and trained by John Sammut, came home like a steam train to win her heat of the Warragul Debutantes and is in the final on the 16 september.
STORM SIYAN (Brett Lee x Elusive Rebel) owned by our Sadler Syndicate and trained by myself) won his Debutante heat very convincingly at Warragul in 24.16 (only .01 off the BON) so he will also be in the final on the 16th.
To have two home bred babies in the final is very exciting – one from each of our first litters!!
We could not be happier with the way these kids have started their careers.
RACING NEWS
Due to having a number of girls whelping, injuries and hiccups with the race dogs, etc, we haven’t been out and about with race dogs since March, until now.
In February Premier Style (Premier Fantasy x Stunning Style) won his first start running a record time for a Debutante at Warragul in 24.04 but in the final, just as he got to the lead there was a big mix up with him being in the middle of it all. He tore the ligament of the front of his hock but one poor girl had to be put down from her injuries so he was lucky.
But it has entailed a six month lay off with fingers crossed we would ever get him back from such a difficult injury.
In March, Cool Breeze had her first start for us at Sale. A length of the first split record, she ran into trouble coming around the home turn but still managed to win with a nasty injury. Doll’s Schooner led to the first corner but seemed to break down going into the turn so she has now been retired.
So after six months we finally made it back to Warragul three weeks ago, with Darren McDonald’s lovely little bitch Spellbound Siyan (Larkhill Jo x Witch Magic) She ran a lovely race, very fast first split of 5.49, and won her Debutante heat quite convincingly. The following week she was back for her heat. Again she jumped well and crossed the line first in an excellent 24.14, to win the debutante final.
Premier Style made his comeback to lead most of the way and to win by five lengths in a very quick 24 flat – BON!
Back to Warragul the following week and Spellbound Siyan is in a grade 5. Got a very hard knock coming out of the boxes but still powered around the field to come a very valiant second. *Interesting note – at the moment there is an enquiry into the first dog. It seems its NZ form was not included in its nomination and the dog, on its correct form, should have been in a free for all or, at least, grade 4. If that dog is disqualified Spellbound Siyan will become the winner of that event.
Back to Warragul this week - very excited but very nervous as it will be the first start for one of our first home bred babies STORM SIYAN – by Brett Lee and out of Black fantasy (Elite State x Elusive Rebel).
He drew the red and ran an awesome race to lead and draw away in an excellent time of 24.15 which was .01 off the best on night. That time was run by the Laurels winner Hybrid Theory, so we were very pleased with Spike’s effort. He’s in the final next week. Spellbound Siyan was drawn as the Jackpot dog for the night with the pot being worth $3400! She jumped well from the 7, crossed to the rail and led the rest of the way, clearing the field by about 7 lengths and running 24.26. So, she also won the Jackpot!!!!!!!!
Bit sad that its September and we’ve only had ten races but from 10 starts, we’ve had eight wins, one unplaced due to almost falling and one unplaced due to breaking down so we can’t complain!

FIRST HOME BRED WINNER!
Our first home bred litter is a group of pups by Big Daddy Cool and out of Miss Forrester. Most of that litter is almost ready to race but Mark Scholes (who purchased two dogs from the litter early on) got the first of the litter on the track. His pup FACIAL won very convincingly (by 6 or so lengths) at Dapto on the 31st July. Credit must be given to the trainer Fred Malone, who has done a fantastic job with the pup. He looked great and ran a good race.
NEW PUP OWNERS
Thankyou and congratulations to all the new owners of Siyan bred pups. As of this week, every pup we have had available has been placed and we look forward to a long and happy association with every new owner.
The Token Prince/Steffi Grace litter – Tom and George Dailly have purchased a boy and a girl, David Bussitil and Matt Coles have purchased a boy and a girl. Jamie Saunders has purchased a girl, Mark Scholes has purchased a boy and Alan Lie has purchased a boy from this exciting litter. At present we are keeping two boy and two girls ourselves PLUS little Bert who was the tiny, tiny one in the litter. SO far behind the others, he was raised in the house and is going great guns at the moment. Back out with his brothers and sisters, he is easy to pick because he is a bit little but he is the toughest by a long shot and seems to rule the roost!
The Elite State/Show Stopper litter – John Coburn has purchased a boy and a girl, Annette McInnes has purchased a boy, Tim Conn has purchased a boy and we have kept a boy and a girl.
Congratulations and good luck also to Rod Price, of Prime Racing, who now has a Big Daddy Cool/Integrity Lass boy and a Big Daddy Cool/Fiesta Flex girl to add to his group of promising pups.
HOOVER – MORE WINNERS!!!!!!!!
Last week Hoover had yet another winner with WHERE’S ERNIE debuting and winning at Dapto.
The week before that he had another two debut winners – DARK ENDEAVOUR and OROFINO!
Congratulations to all connections! His list of winners is growing rapidly and he has only had a very limited number of bitches so far. In the last couple of months he has had over fifteen winners!
WHELPING NEWS!
Miss Forrester (Big Ginger Boy x Hunter Tylo) has presented us with our first Hoover pups. Two enormous girls, born on the 1st August – a blue fawn and a red fawn. We are very lucky to even have the two as we were concerned MF would not even conceive due to complications with her last litter when she ended up with three Bond pups. We certainly weren’t expecting a big litter so we are very happy with these two kids, who will both be retained! MF is a superb big girl, a litter sister to OH BEHAVE and a very fast bitch in her own right but injury cut short her promising career. Her breeder Steve Shinners, believes that MF was even faster than her brilliant sister.
Apart from these two Hoover daughters we have three other daughters of MF – Forrester Inc by Awesome Assassin, Petite Siyan by Big Daddy Cool and a ten month old pup by Bond. Forrester Inc, a successful race winner herself is due to Bombastic Shiraz in a few week. She has already had a litter by Bombastic, from which we kept a dog and a bitch. Petite is coming back into work after injuring herself soon after being broken in and the Bond girl is growing up beautifully. So MF, now retired, has plenty of daughters and grand kids here to carry on her ability and brilliant damline.
